    The globe shaped roots have deep yellow flesh which has a smooth texture and sweet flavour. An ideal winter vegetable.

  • Growing Instructions:

    Sow thinly from Mid May to June in rich well prepared soil. Sow 13mm deep in drills 45cm apart. When large enough to handle thin the seedlings to 15cm apart and keep well watered for the best quality roots. Ready to harvest in September to December lift as required or lift and store in nets in the shed or garage. The roots are winter hardy.
