This tasty raspberry variety is well named; it still produces edible fruit during November. Unusually for a raspberry variety it flowers and fruits on the current year’s shoots. It is best to grow raspberries on a soil with a low pH value; the commonly seen yellowing of raspberry foliage is caused by an iron deficiency, found on alkaline soils. Cut down the shoots that have flowered and fruited at the end of the fruiting season.
