    First introduced to the UK by the Romans this delicious herb adds a peppery flavour to salads and pizzas. This has a milder and meatier flavour than wild rocket and it is very easy to grow. The dark green lightly serrated leaves are rich in Vitamin C which aids the absorption of iron. Frequent cutting will promote tender new growth.
