This is a nantese carrot from Chioggia near Venice. It produces heartless tender and crunchy carrots that are rich in Vitamin C. It is a very good tasty carrot that is quite easy and reliable to grow.

  • Growing Instructions:

    Sow outside - March to July when the air temperature is above 5įC
    Sow - Thinly direct into soil in lines 1cm deep.
    Thin plants to 5-10cm apart May to August. If sown thinly in the first place you can usually avoid the need for thinning.
