    White cup-shaped flowers appear in spring followed by big red apples that have a medium slightly acid flavour. These are ready to pick from the end of September to the middle of October and can be stored until January. This is a vigorous variety that grows well in most areas. The fruit stores well too.

    To guarantee cross pollination plant in a sunny open site with another tree from the same flowering group (e.g. 'Delbarestivale' or 'Red Delicious'). It is grown on the semi-dwarfing rootstock M26 which will keep the tree small.

    This apple tree has been grown specifically in a double U cordon shape making it easier to pick and is great for growing against walls garden dividers or as screening. The tree has been grown for a substantial number of years to form this lovely shape.

  • Garden care: Keep the base of the tree weed free fertilise at the beginning of each year and water regularly during hot dry spells. Remove damaged or crossing branches during the dormant season.

    The trees are 90cm wide at the widest point (between the top two U's) and are about 1.3m tall
