Large double mauve-pink flowers that are 15cm across and paler towards the centre with cream anthers. The blooms are produced in early summer though from midsummer, the flowers are single and pale mauve. It thrives best in full sun and is great for growing up a wall, arbor, pergola or trellis.

  • Garden care: Remove dead and damaged stems before growth begins in early spring, cutting all remaining stems back to where strong buds are visible. Apply a slow-release balanced fertiliser and a mulch of of well-rotted garden compost around the base of the plant in early spring.
