    The main attraction of this recent introduction is the large pinnate foliage which is glossy green flushed with red. Plant this if you want something with dramatic foliage and an architectural look. For added interest spikes of creamy-pink star-shaped flowers appear in mid to late summer.These plants love moist soil so thrive on the margins of a pond or stream and are best grown in a sheltered partially shady site.
