Upright hairy stems that are flushed with purple carry large daisy-like flowers throughout summer. Thriving in moisture-retaining soils they are ideally suited to planting beside pods or in boggy areas of the garden. A fast-grower it will quickly form good-sized clumps that provide valuable screening.

  • Garden Care: Divide over-large clumps in spring or autumn. In more exposed positions use brushwood or bamboo canes to provide support.
