A winter-flowering iris which is robust and floriferous. In winter and early spring masses of scented violet-blue flowers appear atop the narrow evergreen foliage. Perfect for adding winter colour they will thrive in pots as well as the front of a sunny or partially shaded bed as long as the soil is well drained. A lovely addition to any garden.
- Garden Care: Ensure good drainage throughout the year. Every 3 - 5 years lift and divide overlarge clumps making sure the top of their rhizomes sits just below the soil level. Apply a generous mulch in spring.
