Transplanted lavender failing fast!

We have spent the last few months completely re-vamping our garden, moved patio, created pond, created a rose bed (rather than have them all around the garden) etc.

But we now have a problem with our lavenders. We transplanted 5 plants two weeks ago, well drained soil, added some sand and gravel to make sure, but unfortunately they are all failing to thrive. Plants are around 3 years old and about 3ft tall, label says Dutch lavender. Flower heads are drooping and stalks and leaves underneath are going grey and dropping. Watered regularly every other day. Have we done something wrong? Any advice gratefully received as I'd hate to lose these plants. Thank you.

Just keep watering. You may have damaged the roots when you transplanted them which would explain why the plants are looking poorly. Keep watering, they might pull through.
